Mia Koppari, MA

Natural Health Center medical assistant

Mia Koppari is a medical assistant, originally from Greenville, South Carolina. She visited Alaska when she was little and always dreamed of living here. She is now a medical assistant at Natural Health Center, where she supports our family nurse practitioners and naturopathic physicians. 

Mia graduated from Clemson University with a major in biological sciences and a minor in microbiology. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in microbiology research and was active in many club sports. 

She gained her experience as a medical assistant at a gastroenterology clinic where she developed a passion for helping patients. She has been greatly impacted by natural medicine and plans to continue her education down this path.  

Mia is excited to be working with such a wonderful team at Natural Health Center to provide a bridge between patient and provider communication and assist with various clinical tasks.
