Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm

We are CLOSED for Administrative Time on Wednesdays from 12 PM - 1:30 PM

You may leave a message at any time. If you get our voice mail during business hours, that means we are assisting other patients. Please leave a message, and we will return your call promptly.

You can also opt into our two way texting by replying to your appointment confirmation text.

If you have an urgent, after-hours need, our answering service will connect you with a doctor. Simply dial our main number and follow the instructions.

New Patients
If you are new to the Natural Health Center, or if you are a former patient who has not been to the clinic in three or more years, please contact us so we can provide the appropriate forms for you to complete.

Cancellation and No Show Policy and Fees
When you make an appointment, that time is set-aside specifically for you. Because we serve a large community and often have a waiting list for these appointments, we require that you give 24 hours cancellation notice so that someone else can be scheduled for that time slot.

Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a cancellation, a no-show, or late arrival rescheduled for an appointment 30 minutes or longer AND/OR without 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged $75 for your missed appointment. NHC, LLC will keep a copy of your credit card on file to assess any fees. Additional appointments will not be scheduled until the fee is paid. NHC, LLC reserves the right to waive the fee, however, waiving the fee one time does not mean it will always be waived. No patient or client is exempt from this policy for any reason.

Please Note: NHC cannot bill your insurance company for any cancellation or late fees. It is solely your financial responsibility.

Special Note for Massage, TPT, and Rolfing Patients
Please note that you will need a referral from your naturopath, chiropractor or acupuncturist to be treated by one of our body workers. We will bill your insurance for the massage services after collecting your copay at the time of service.

Please wear comfortable clothing to your structural integration and myofascial trigger point therapy sessions.
