Who Can Benefit From Therapy?
There are times we encounter problems that are too complex to solve with the people who usually help us, such as family and friends. When this happens, we need the assistance of an experienced professional.
Anyone who is having difficulty enjoying life or dealing with specific problems can benefit from therapy. You may need to talk to someone even if you can't put a formal name on your problem, but you persistently experience:

  • boredom or fatigue
  • general dissatisfaction
  • uncertainty
  • lack of emotions
  • fear
  • trouble communicating
  • panic
  • relationship problems
  • feeling of stress
  • problems with eating/sleeping
  • depression or anxiety difficulties

Taking the First Step
You may have found yourself at a place where you recognize the need for additional support. In some cases, you may have received this information from a professional who recognizes that you or your loved one could benefit from our services at the Natural Health Center. Our staff of professionals has many years of experience helping people of all ages cope more effectively, thus enhancing the quality of their lives. We encourage you to call or visit the Natural Health Center, so you can begin addressing your problems.

Working with a Therapist
Research shows that the strongest factor in the success of treatment is the quality of the relationship between patient and therapist. At the Natural Health Center, patients work with an experienced therapist whose methods and areas of specialization are diverse. We will work with you to ensure that you are comfortable and able to address your area of concern.

How Long Will Therapy Continue?
At the Natural Health Center, we offer both short and long term care to patients, depending on the complexity of the problem. Because each person is an individual with a unique situation, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that allows adequate time for each patient to fully resolve their problems. Treatment usually ends when the therapist and patient agree that treatment goals have been achieved.
